Related parties comprise the Danish State, including companies/institutions over which the Danish State exercises control. Related parties also comprise the Board of Directors, the Management Board and senior employees, see note 8 to the financial statements. As a general rule, transactions with related parties are entered into and settled on market terms or on a cost-recovery basis. The settlement prices for individual types of transaction are set out by law.
